                                   Our Covid safe plan

At St Kilda Physiotherapy Centre, we highly value our patient's safety and have a Covid safe plan in place for that reason.

​

As soon as you arrive, we will:

• Ask if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms and if you've been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19

• Check your temperature

• We will take your name, contact details & note your time/date of arrival for contact tracing purposes.

• Ensure you sanitise your hands (sanitiser provided)

• Our seats are 1.5m apart

• We limit the number of patients based on government regulations

• You will be asked to wear and keep your mask on at all times

Our staff​

• We check the temperature of our staff before they start work

• Every member of staff must wear a mask, plus sanitise their hands and work stations regularly

During your treatment, we ensure the following:

• Everything in the treatment room has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, such as our massage tables and products

• Freshly laundered towels provided to each patient

• Our therapists sanitise their hands and forearms before your treatment. These are the only areas of the body that will come in contact with yours during your treatment
